1. Can I order vehicles in Del Rio other than the ones shown on this page?

As vehicles are updated from one model year to another, there are times when orders are accepted and times when they are closed. If you do not see your preferred vehicle here, please contact us for help.

2. How do I custom order a Ford in Del Rio?

No. The final sale price is negotiated between the customer and Cecil Atkission Ford Del Rio, and there are no additional fees from Ford for your custom order.

5. Is my custom-ordered vehicle eligible for Ford incentives?

Ordering customers will be eligible for qualifying incentives at the time of order placement or qualifying incentives at the time of final delivery, whichever you prefer.

6. If I would like to finance or lease a custom-ordered vehicle, can I do that?

Yes! Cecil Atkission Ford would be happy to help explain your options and help you arrange financing. Our Del Rio Finance Department can help get find the right auto loan or lease for you.

7. How can I track my custom-ordered Ford?

Once your vehicle has been assigned a VIN, you can track your order using this website: https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking#/

8. Where and when would I get my VIN to track my vehicle?

A representative from Cecil Atkission Ford Del Rio will be able to provide you with the VIN once it's been established.

9. How will I be notified when the vehicle is being delivered?

Once your vehicle has arrived at the dealership, Cecil Atkission Ford will contact you to confirm its arrival, collect any additional information needed to complete the sale, and schedule a convenient time and location for final delivery to you. You’ll be on the streets of Del Rio in no time with your new Ford car, truck, or SUV!
